500 grams of flour

Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Mix the flour and baking powder with the beaten eggs earlier, sugar, brandy, vanilla, oil, a pinch of salt. Work to mix the ingredients well. Transfer the dough onto a work surface, and please handle quickly to give it a spherical shape.
Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
After this, divide the dough into portions of approximately 150 g and start working each individually.
