500 g flour
500 ml of cooked wine (carob syrup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Peel ‘orange bio grated
Combine in a bowl the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and grated orange zest
Add the cooked wine and mix until the dough is similar to shortbread.
Spread ‘dough and cut the shapes of biscuits
Arrange the biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
Bake (in a preheated oven) at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
